At Equine Connections For Performance Inc., we take pride in the quality of our BïoBlü product line, as well as our full range of pet and equine products. WARRANTY
At Equine Connections For Performance Inc., we are proud of the quality of our BïoBlü, products, crafted from authentic BioThane® materials, and we are dedicated to meeting our customers’ expectations. To ensure this, we offer a limited warranty covering defects in both materials and craftsmanship. Each product undergoes a thorough inspection before leaving our workshop to maintain the highest standards. Our limited warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase, with the following terms and conditions:
SHIPPING DAMAGE/LOSS – all items
Shipping insurance is available at checkout. If insurance is declined and items are lost or damaged during shipping, we cannot be held responsible. We will gladly work with you to replace the item(s), but replacement costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
UV PRINTED BIOTHANE®
Equine Connections For Performance Inc., offers a 7-day warranty from the date of receipt. If an item is found to be defective due to issues like color fading, color loss, ink delamination, or any other printing-related defects, we will replace it. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received – not worn or used.
Please be aware that minor cracking of the ink may occur when the item is bent tightly or folded flat. This is a typical characteristic of UV inks and is not covered under warranty.
Damage caused by scratching, biting, friction or discoloration from hardware, or any other mechanical harm to the material is not covered under our warranty.
STOCK ITEMS
Non-personalized stock items may be returned for exchange within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must include shipping insurance.
If we have made an error in the sizing, style, or color of your order, the item(s) may be returned for exchange within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition. We will cover the return shipping and insurance costs.
If defects in hardware, material, or workmanship are identified within the limited warranty period, the item may be returned for repair. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and required shipping insurance.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ITEMS
All custom and personalized products, including items with custom UV printing, personalized text, or made-to-order designs are non-refundable and are not eligible for an exchange with the exception of the following:
