SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (CANADA)

All orders are shipped from Devon, Alberta, Canada via Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or Purolator. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method. We do not add any surcharges to shipping rates.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination. For stock items please allow 2 business days for processing before your order is shipped. For custom orders, the processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the order and stock availability – we will notify you by email with the processing time for your custom order. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping. International orders may be subject to local taxes, duties, and import fees. Customs processing times may vary by country, potentially affecting overall transit time. These delays are beyond our control and depend on the policies of the destination country.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

All of our carriers provide a base level of shipping insurance as part of the shipping service. However, for orders over $100.00 CAN, additional shipping insurance is suggested. This option will be available at checkout. Equine Connections For Performance Inc. will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments if the order is above $100.00 and additional insurance was not selected at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY

  • Stock item orders are typically processed within 2 business days.
  • Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or customs clearance.
  • If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend selecting an express shipping option at checkout.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

Once your package has been shipped and tracking information is provided, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If your order was under $100.00 CAN OR insurance was chosen during checkout we will support a loss or damage claim. Please contact us.
