WARRANTY RETURN PROCESS

If you receive a defective item or one that is not as ordered, we’re happy to offer an exchange. To be eligible:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
Do not use the product
Take clear photos of the defects

Please email your order details, a description of the issue, and the photos to admin@bioblu.ca. We will cover the cost of return shipping and arrange for the exchange.

Upon receipt, we will assess the item(s), investigate the issue, and process the exchange based on our findings.

 

WARRANTY REPAIR PROCESS

If you observe hardware or workmanship defects as described above in the ‘WHAT IS CONSIDERED DEFECTS OF HARDWARE, MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP’ section within 1 year of purchase, we will gladly repair your item. To be eligible:

Contact us within the 1-year warranty period to notify us of your warranty claim
Take clear photos of the defects
Provide details on the conditions under which the item was used

Please email your order details, a description of the defects, photos, and usage information to admin@bioblu.ca. Ship or return the item(s) to us, ensuring that shipping insurance is included.

Once we receive the item(s), we will assess the defects and arrange for the necessary repair. Return shipping and insurance will be the responsibility of the customer.
